How to Launch Complaint to Telecom Operator or PTA [A Comprehensive Guide]

Here are steps to launch complaint against any unlawful activity to telecom operators (Jazz, Ufone, Zong, Telenor).

Step 1
A: For General complains
    • For general telecom operates related complaint, You may contact on below relevant operators.

B : Fake Prize Schemes and Financial Frauds
    • For BISP related complaints you may contact on 0800-26477, For Cyber Crime related Crime, you may contact on 9911 or 051-9106384 or visit www.nr3c.gov.pk.
    • You may also contact State Bank of Pakistan at cpd.helpdesk.sbp.org.pk, If criminal/fraudster uses name of Pakistan Army, then report it to ISPR at 1125 & 1135.

C :  Marketing & Spam Call/SMS
    • Complaint : Type sender number, add space, type received message and send it to 9000
      • e.g. <Sender number> <Space> <Received Message> and send it to 9000
    • Block : To block spammer number, Type “reg” and send it to 3627 or dial *420# or call at 420 to block numbers.
